Like Stay_K skateshop does with all its companies, looking into Homeboy's history turned out to be fascinating. You can get into detail in their website. One thing to know, it was the first European brand to introduce baggy pants, when in the US there were only two others. Homeboy has a background in streetwear / skatewear / clothing manufacturing since '88 and in extreme sports since late 70s (owner, Jürgen Wolf is a surfer who used to work at a surf shop as a teenager). They're a family business ran by father and son.
Homeboy was represented by artists of hip hop and rock music, like Wu-Tang Clan, Cypress Hill, Korn, Rage Against the Machine, Mobb Deep, as well as of graffiti. And associated with skateboard, snowboard, BMX, Surf and Moto-X athletes. Now, they have a strong team of pro skaters.
